Captain Charlie Phillips, Owner of Sapelo Sea Farms, the oldest clam farm in Georgia, will give an interactive presentation on Georgia's tastiest treat. Behind the Scenes Air Boat Trip to Sapelo Sea Farms

Cruise by air boat through Sapelo River and learn about the 'ins and outs' of sustainable shellfish farming on the coast. Charlie Phillips will be our expert guide for the day, showing us how he grows fresh oysters and clams along the banks of the marsh. There will be two 1.5 hour boat tours with 6 people on each one – the first tour begins at 3pm and the second tour begins at 4:45pm. Kick back with drinks and tasty shellfish at Sapelo Sea Farm's waterfront neighbor, Pelican Point's Restaurant before or after your boat tour.
